Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Lead production and operational support teams and align priorities with customer requirements.
• Develop operational plans and improve manufacturing performance.
• Partner with Quality for corrective actions, audits, and continuous quality improvement.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma initiatives and efficiency improvements.
