Anchor Fabrication Fort Worth seeks a Welding Supervisor to oversee the welding department, manage staff, and ensure safety and quality targets are met in a fast-paced, metal fabrication shop. You will plan work, monitor productivity, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a focus on high standards of workmanship.

• Reads and understands detailed prints.
• Demonstrates 5+ years welding experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive a culture of clean, organized shop with 5S and lean principles.
• Ensure compliance with Anchor Fabrication safety policies and PPE use.
• Own department quality and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain WQTR and WPS records with Welding R&D Manager.
• Support maintenance to keep equipment calibrated and operable.
• Coordinate with finishing, planning, material, HR and finance to meet monthly targets.
• Manage payroll data and staff issues in collaboration with HR.
• Promote a teamwork-oriented environment and professional growth.
