• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, materials, inventory, inspection, or administrative support.
• Experience with ERP systems, databases, or inventory management systems.
• Ability to review documentation and identify missing or incorrect information.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and communicate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Review detailed shipping, receiving, and export documentation.
• Work with ERP systems, databases, or inventory systems.
• Identify missing or incorrect information before processing.
• Manage multiple priorities and communicate across departments.
• Support daily shipping and receiving operations, including documentation review and material tracking.
• Monitor international orders and coordinate export approval processes.
• Review invoices and shipment documentation for export information.
• Submit export documentation for approval and maintain records.
• Assist with creating work orders and entering data into ERP.
• Scan and maintain incoming repair orders and related records.
• Assist with receiving activities, material identification, inspection documentation, and inventory accuracy.
• Serve as backup for stockroom and receiving functions.
• Maintain records and ensure traceability and compliance.
• Support continuous improvement in shipping, receiving, and materials processes.
