Job summary

Chromalloy seeks an Inventory Clerk to manage materials flow, verify shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy in a aerospace manufacturing setting. You will handle inbound/outbound processes, packaging, labeling, and documentation to support production schedules and customer deliveries.

The role emphasizes ITAR/EAR compliance, accurate data entry in Excel/Word, and safe operation of material handling equipment on a first shift through a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Proficient in preparing and auditing shipping documents and records.
• Familiarity with ITAR and EAR compliance and related export controls.
• Experience with 7501 forms and customs documentation is preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems and shipping software.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify shipments against orders and packing slips.
• Count, weigh, and record incoming/outgoing materials; prepare products for shipment.
• Determine shipping methods, process shipments in carrier systems, and route items.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records; investigate discrepancies.
