Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Entry-level experience accepted.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers, management, and staff.
• Working knowledge of basic Quality Management System (QMS) reporting, recordkeeping, and instruction-following practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintains packaging products for shipment and delivery.
• Assists with unpackaging products, materials, and supplies.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Supports general housekeeping, cleanup, and facility maintenance activities.
• Follows QMS procedures, work instructions, reporting requirements, and recordkeeping practices.
• Contributes to product conformity, product safety, and quality objectives in daily work activities.
• Communicates effectively with internal customers, management, and team members.
• Applies customer requirements and process updates as trained.
• Supports shipping and receiving activities while understanding their impact on customer products.
