Job summary

Karman Space & Defense is seeking a Receiving Supervisor to lead daily inbound material operations, ensuring accurate and audit-ready receipt of parts. You will guide the Receiving team, coordinate with Quality, Procurement, Production, and Inventory Control to support on‑time manufacturing.

Occasional Saturday shifts may be required; strong AS9100/ISO knowledge and ERP experience are essential in this fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO requirements.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; Epicor experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, and develop the Receiving team with clear performance expectations.
• Oversee inbound shipments, verify part numbers, revisions, quantities, and documentation.
• Ensure receiving activities meet AS9100, quality, traceability, and documentation requirements.
• Review CoCs and certifications; escalate discrepancies and supplier documentation issues.
• Coordinate material inspections and dispositions with Quality; maintain orderly workflows.
