Job summary

Cristek Interconnects, Inc. is seeking a Packing & Shipping Clerk to accurately package, label, and ship aerospace components, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and ITAR requirements.

You will collaborate with Shipping, Quality, Production, and Planning to ensure on-time, damage-free deliveries and proper shipping documentation. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of shipping, packing, or warehouse experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read packing lists, work orders, and shipping instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Package products and prepare shipments for domestic and international delivery.
• Verify orders and customer shipping instructions for accuracy.
• Generate shipping labels using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and customer portals.
• Maintain lot traceability and preserve product identification throughout shipping.
• Prepare export documentation when required.
• Coordinate with Quality to ensure C of C and inspection reports accompany shipments.
• Perform final visual inspection of packaging before shipment.
• Receive, stage, and organize shipments for carrier pickup.
• Maintain a clean, organized shipping area using 5S principles.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Support receiving, stockroom, and warehouse activities during peak workloads.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
