Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year of shipping/receiving, warehouse, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Basic math and counting skills for verifying labels and quantities.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn ERP or inventory systems.
• Careful attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Organized, dependable approach with ability to work under close direction.
• Safe handling of materials and orderly work area.
• Effective communication and dependable attendance.
• Bilingual skills are a plus; ITAR access may be required.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, supplies, components, and finished goods.
• Check quantities, part numbers, purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documents.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report issues.
• Label, organize, and store materials in designated locations.
• Pick and prepare customer orders, production materials, and finished products for shipment.
• Pack products according to instructions using protective materials.
• Prepare shipping labels and routine paperwork, and enter transactions into systems.
• Keep shipping/receiving areas organized and check inventory locations.
• Follow procedures for safe handling, quality, and material traceability.
• Take on other related duties as assigned.
