Job summary

Cristek Interconnects, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Associate to help move materials and finished goods through the facility.

Under the General Manager’s supervision, you will receive deliveries, verify quantities, label and store materials, and prepare shipments with accuracy and documentation. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, 0–1 year related experience, basic math and computer skills, and a willingness to learn ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year of shipping, receiving, warehouse, manufacturing, or related experience preferred.
• Read and follow written work instructions.
• Basic math and counting skills; ability to compare labels and documents.
• Basic computer skills; willingness to learn ERP or inventory systems.
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work under close direction.
• Ability to safely handle materials and maintain an orderly work area.
• Effective communication and dependable attendance.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
• Authorized to access information and hardware subject to ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, supplies, components, and finished goods.
• Check quantities, part numbers, purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documents.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report issues to supervisor.
• Label, organize, and store materials in designated locations.
• Pick and prepare customer orders, production materials, and finished products for shipment.
• Pack products according to instructions using protective materials.
• Prepare shipping labels and routine paperwork, and enter transactions into systems.
• Keep shipping and receiving areas organized and assist with inventory checks.
• Follow procedures for safe handling, quality, and material traceability.
• Take on other related duties as assigned.
