Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent to lead complex commercial construction projects in Colorado, with emphasis on aerospace, SCIF, laboratory and secure facility work. This role requires running projects, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, enforcing safety, managing quality, and documenting T&M work in Procore.

You will review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and field changes, mentor junior field staff, and communicate professionally with clients and project teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction field experience.
• Experience as a Superintendent.
• Experience with aerospace, SCIF, laboratory or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Procore experience required.
• Strong knowledge of safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and field documentation.
• Experience managing T&M work.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, safety, schedule, quality, and inspections.
• Manage aerospace, SCIF, laboratory, secure facility, technical TI, and other complex commercial projects.
• Maintain daily reports, photos, punch lists, look-aheads, and project documentation in Procore.
• Track and document T&M work, including labor, materials, equipment, tickets, approvals, and backup.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedules, specifications, and field changes.
• Enforce OSHA standards, company safety policies, and project-specific safety/security requirements.
• Communicate proactively with Project Managers, clients, design teams, inspectors, subcontractors, and leadership.
• Mentor younger superintendents, assistant superintendents, foremen, and field staff.
