Team JAS, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a driven Sales Account Manager who will own revenue growth for assigned accounts. You will cold call, quote, manage orders, and develop relationships, using Quantum Control ERP/CRM to maintain quotes and pricing. Travel ~15% to meet clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven success in inside sales.
• Aerospace industry knowledge and terminology is preferred.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and data management.
• Detail-oriented with strong quotes, contracts, and records skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading service and support to customers.
• Correspond with customers via email, phone, and portals for quotes and lead times.
• Develop and grow customer relationships at all levels.
• Maintain ERP/CRM data integrity in Quantum Control.
• Prepare accurate quotes and ensure timely order processing.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify sales prospects and manage orders through to fulfillment.
