Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and OEM data.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Knowledge of composite manufacturing or repair processes, or willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, teamwork, and communication.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, and repair rotor blade components per drawings and data.
• Perform adhesive bonding and composite processing, including prep, layup, and cure.
• Balance components and use precision measuring tools to meet tolerances.
• Escalate nonconformances to Engineering/Quality.
• Document work, maintain traceability, and follow safety and quality procedures.
