Job description

Responsibilities

• The Composite Blade Technician will be responsible for internal and external inspections, defect analysis, and up to Category 3-5 repair of fiberglass and composite blades, spinners, and nacelles from all brands and categories. As a blade technician, you would report to the blade manager. Our client needs determine the sites that you are required to report to, as this position requires travel.
• Technicians are required to document findings and assemble all associated paperwork as required for further action.
• Technicians will also be responsible for providing occasional maintenance support.
• Travel (100%) to various projects throughout the United States.
• Technicians may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our vision and align with our organization's mission and values.
