Job summary
Airspace Experience Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Robotics Software Engineer to develop embedded software for drone collision avoidance. You will work with the AeroNet system architect on C++ modules, simulation testing, and hardware integration, focusing on real-time safety-critical systems.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in C++11/17 and modern C++ patterns.
- Experience with Linux command-line, git, and shell basics.
- Familiarity with drone flight stacks or robotics frameworks (ROS/ROS2).
- Understanding of networking (UDP/TCP) and data serialization.
Responsibilities
- Write and optimize modern C++17 code for collision avoidance and hardware communication.
- Perform testing with Gazebo and PX4 SITL simulations; automate test scenarios.
- Assist hardware integration on ARM-based embedded targets; debug OBU, flight controller, and radio interfaces.
- Analyze flight logs (ULog/MAVLink) to identify bottlenecks and logic errors.
- Maintain build and documentation for APIs and testing procedures.
