Job summary

CesiumAstro is hiring a Test Technician II to support module and payload test setups, execute test plans, and deliver timely results using advanced lab instrumentation. You will work with RF circuitry and AESA-related tests, aligning with engineers to troubleshoot from component to system level.

Ideal candidates have a strong hands-on background, schematics literacy, and experience with spectrum analyzers, VNAs, and lab automation tools.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma; AS degree preferred in Electronics/related field.
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience in electronics testing.
• Experience with active electronics and reading schematics.

Responsibilities

• Execute test plans and report findings clearly and promptly.
• Organize and maintain antenna testing facilities and resources.
• Create clean, intricate test setups with instrumentation and DUTs.
• Create thorough documentation with attention to detail and quality.
• Assemble and validate custom test fixtures for production and validation.
• Perform measurement validation to confirm instrument and cabling performance.
