Qualifications

• Advanced degree and 3+ years of engineering experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment required

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day manufacturing operations and troubleshoot process issues.
• Develop, refine, and document processes to improve quality, repeatability, and throughput.
• Collaborate with inspectors, operators, quality engineers, and cross-functional partners to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and suggest changes.
• Participate in root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Support new product introductions and process changes for smooth production integration.
• Assist with industrialization and qualification of new machines and technologies, including commissioning and validation.
