Job summary

ITT Aerospace Controls in the United States is seeking a Service Technician I with experience performing repairs and overhauls on aircraft accessories. Duties include disassembly, inspection, repair, and assembly of electronic components, actuators, pumps, valves, and switches.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years electro-mechanical experience; FAA repair environment preferred.
• Ability to read CMMs, drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Pass DOT/ FAA drug and alcohol tests when required.
• Basic shop math and use of precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, repair and assemble aircraft components and sub-assemblies.
• Interpret maintenance manuals, drawings and specifications for repairs.
• Perform testing and quality checks; document labor and results.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of parts and tools.
• Willingness to work overtime, including some Saturdays.
