Job summary

ITT Aerospace Controls is seeking a Service Technician I to perform repairs and overhauls on aircraft accessories. You will disassemble, inspect, repair, and assemble electronic components, actuators, pumps, valves, and switches. Experience interpreting part drawings and electrical schematics is required.

Training will be provided to learn new systems and skills. Candidates must pass DOT/FAA drug tests and be willing to work overtime, including some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Disassemble, inspect, repair and overhaul aircraft components.
• Read and interpret CMMs, part drawings and schematics.
• Interpret electrical and mechanical specifications and perform tests.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and overhaul electrical components and actuators.
• Record labor and test results on labor sheets.
• Send repaired products to test or quality assurance inspection.
