Crissair, a long‑standing aerospace component manufacturer, seeks an experienced Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruiting for manufacturing and professional roles. You will collaborate with HR leadership to develop strategies and ensure compliant, timely hires.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networks; screen, coordinate interviews, and drive onboarding. Knowledge of California employment laws is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Aerospace or defense recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for warehouse, assembly, test, and technical roles.
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Familiarity with California employment laws and compliant hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing, operations, administrative, and professional roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and support a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions in manufacturing.
• Prepare regular updates on KPIs and manage recruiting pipelines in ATS.
