Job summary

Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. in Kansas is seeking a Supply Chain professional to synchronize procurement of raw materials and services for the company. You will coordinate with internal customers and external suppliers to ensure delivery of quality parts on time.

Responsibilities include managing supplier contracts, RFQ processes, inventory, and performance while driving improvements in total supply chain planning. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a supply chain role, preferably in aerospace/manufacturing.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Project management and data analysis skills.
• Ability to drive organizational changes and build partnerships.
• Knowledge of SAP and manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize supply chain to procure metallic/non-metallic raw materials and services.
• Interface with customers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality parts.
• Manage supplier-related activities, contracts, and purchase orders.
• Develop RFQs, analyze responses, and manage post-award activities.
• Monitor inventory levels, POs, and supplier performance.
• Incorporate customer/supplier planning decisions to reduce variability.
