Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a supply chain role, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent data analysis skills a plus.
• Knowledge/experience with manufacturing and manufacturing processes a plus.
• High energy, dynamic personality with an ability to effect change.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize a supply chain for obtaining goods and services for the company.
• Interface with internal and external customers and suppliers to ensure quality parts are delivered, to the right place, at the right time.
• Act as an authorized agent with responsibility for managing supplier-related activities and contracts.
• Develop RFQs and proposals, analyze supplier responses, negotiate and award contracts, manage post-award activities.
• Interface with internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Manage inventory levels, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
• Monitor inventory demand and material assets to optimize total supply chain planning.
