Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Background in manufacturing, quality, or inspection preferred.
• Hands-on experience with calipers, micrometers, and measurement gages.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Roam assigned production zones to verify product conformity and process adherence.
• Identify quality issues where they occur and initiate immediate containment.
• Perform point-of-occurrence audits against standards and procedures.
• Assist with gage calibration activities and verify equipment condition and correct use.
• Support gage management and help improve gage work instructions.
• Deliver hands-on gage training and promote quality awareness on the floor.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and Product Quality Engineers to investigate issues.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions; elevate recurring trends.
• Recommend improvements to inspection techniques and quality processes.
