Employment Type: Full-Time, Hourly | Shift: 6:00am–4:30pm | Rate: $20.25–$25.00 per hour based on experience

A day in this role

At 6:00 a.m., you step onto the manufacturing floor and into your quality zone. You start with a sweep of active work centers, checking parts against specs and verifying that gages are being used correctly. You spot a potential nonconformance, initiate containment at the point of occurrence, and partner with a Team Lead to protect flow. Mid‑morning, you assist with a calibration pull, ensure measurement tools are serviceable, and update gage usage instructions. After lunch, you conduct a point‑of‑occurrence audit, coach an operator on best‑practice measurement techniques, and join a Product Quality Engineer to drive root‑cause analysis on a recurring issue. Before you leave, you log your findings, trend, and plan tomorrow’s roaming inspections to keep our quality presence strong on the floor.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk throughout the production facility for extended periods.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
