Job summary

Quest Global in Irving, Texas, is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join our aerospace quality team on-site. You will perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections of complex aerospace parts using Keyence, ZEISS, and other blue-light systems.

This on-site role requires 6+ years in dimensional inspection, GD&T interpretation, and familiarity with PC-DMIS or PolyWorks. You will document results under AS9100/ISO 9001 and collaborate with engineers and customer reps to resolve

Qualifications

• 6+ years of dimensional inspection experience in a regulated manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Hands-on with advanced metrology systems such as Keyence XM-5000, VR/VL Series and ZEISS ScanBox or other CMM systems.
• Familiarity with GD&T, inspection reports, and quality documentation; knowledge of PC-DMIS or PolyWorks.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections of aerospace parts and assemblies.
• Operate 3D metrology and scanning tools, including Keyence, ZEISS, and other blue-light systems.
• Use handheld inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, height/depth gauges, and pin gauges.
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and quality documentation to ensure compliance.
• Document results in accordance with AS9100/ISO 9001 standards and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers, Planners, and Customer Representatives to resolve discrepancies.
• Follow EHS policies and maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Assist with root-cause investigations and corrective action implementation as needed.
