Job summary

BETA Technologies is seeking a QC/Metrology professional to perform inspections and develop metrology programs in our Vermont manufacturing environment. You will create clear Metrology reports, inspect tooling, and ensure compliance with AS9102 First Article inspection standards.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience interpreting GD&T and ASME Y14.5.
• Ability to create basic Metrology programs (GUI or scripted).
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets or similar.
• 2+ years in manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC inspections per Metrology programs in aerospace manufacturing.
• Learn to develop Metrology programs for inspection equipment.
• Create Metrology reports for inspections and investigations.
• Inspect and maintain tooling and jigs; improve airframe assembly quality.
• Follow Non-Conformance procedures to prevent defects.
• Interpret technical data packages including GD&T.
• Perform First Article Inspections per AS9102.
• Enter data into ERP system.
