Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in quality/manufacturing engineering, aerospace experience, and ASQ AS9100 audit credentials. Strong data skills (Power BI/Tableau) and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering, aerospace preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCCA using 8D, DMAIC, 5Why, Fishbone or equivalent methodologies.
• Own AS9100 internal audit program; conduct process, product, and system audits.
• Develop KPI dashboards and executive reports; analyze trends and provide data-driven insights.
• Review and approve ECNs for quality impact and documentation accuracy.
• Own ESD program; maintain control plans, training, audits, and calibration.
• Oversee controlled environment governance, including cleanroom and environmental controls.
• Coordinate revision control and change management; ensure procedures reflect current processes.
• Prepare external audit readiness and post-audit reporting.
