Job summary

Castelion Corporation is seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to manage the QMS and ensure aerospace regulatory compliance across sites. You will lead internal and external audits, maintain AS9100 and NADCAP certifications, and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.

In this role you will work with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to embed quality into product lifecycles, support supplier audits, and help scale the quality system for rapid growth while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in aerospace quality, compliance, or audit roles with direct AS9100 experience
• Demonstrated experience conducting internal and external audits

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the QMS across Castelion sites to AS9100 standards
• Lead internal and external audits (registrars, customers, regulatory bodies)
• Coordinate corrective actions and preventive actions with process owners
• Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions and prevent recurrence
• Support supplier audits and supplier development activities
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR and other regulatory requirements
• Embed quality requirements into product lifecycle with cross-functional teams
• Assist with expanding quality systems for rapid growth
