Job summary

Radius Aerospace, Inc. in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the Quality Manager and ensure compliance with customer requirements within an aerospace manufacturing environment. The role covers audits, QMS implementation per AS9100, and coordination with suppliers and customers.

The position focuses on in-depth quality metrics, MRB dispositioning, and maintaining NADCAP certs, with a fast-paced, high-energy work culture that rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline with 2+ years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 and AS9102 is required.
• Experience with NADCAP and major aerospace OEMs (Rolls-Royce, GE Aerospace, Lockheed Martin, Honeywell).
• US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Train and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) per AS9100.
• Oversee hands-on product quality and Quality Metrics database.
• Review MRB dispositions for incoming and WIP materials.
• Maintain NADCAP certifications and related process approvals.
• Coordinate customer quality requirements for new product launches.
• Lead internal quality audits and RCCA activities.
