Job summary

Cirexx International, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Systems/Quality Assurance Engineer & Compliance Specialist to maintain and improve the QMS, support audit readiness, and ensure compliance with aerospace defense requirements.

This role collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Contracts, and Program teams to support AS9100 compliance and product safety in a highly regulated defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in quality systems or QA in aerospace/defense or similarly regulated industry.
• Experience with AS9102/FAI, Nadcap, or aerospace documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve QMS to ensure AS9100 and regulatory compliance.
• Support audits and manage corrective actions.
• Investigate non-conformances and CAPA.
• Control documentation, configuration management, and traceability.
• Monitor quality metrics and report to management.
• Support supplier quality and ITAR/EAR documentation practices.
