Job summary

DZYNE Technologies in Irvine, CA is seeking a Quality Technical Specialist to ensure technical drawing compliance and drive process optimization across mechanical and electrical drawings. You will enforce standards, review ECOs, and lead root-cause analyses to prevent defects on the production line.

This full-time on-site role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams in an aerospace environment and offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. Travel up to 5% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in design review and aerospace/manufacturing.
• Experience with AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Ability to lead root cause analyses and internal audits.

Responsibilities

• Critically review mechanical drawings for GD&T compliance.
• Verify multi-layer PCBs, wiring harnesses, and avionics layouts.
• Act as final quality gate for ECOs and changes.
• Streamline handoff between design and manufacturing to speed releases.
• Lead root cause analyses for recurring drawing or production issues.
• Create and maintain drawing review checklists and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
• Participate in CCB meetings and contribute quality feedback.
• Aid in product containment and disposition of affected items.
