Job summary

DZYNE Technologies LLC in Irvine, CA seeks a Quality Engineer to ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards in aerospace/defense systems. You will oversee production quality, perform audits, and drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and variation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5–10+ years of experience in quality or hardware engineering for aerospace/UAS, with strong GD&T, AS9100/ISO 9001 knowledge, and experience with PFMEA and RCCA.

Qualifications

• Oversee production by monitoring operations and enforcing quality standards.
• Review FAIs per AS9102 requirements.
• Support NPI with DFM, QCP, KPCs and product qualification.
• Lead RCCA investigations and MRB activities for defects.
• Maintain AS9100/ISO 9001 compliance and define inspection criteria.
• Review drawings during pre-release drawing review.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve manufacturing processes (PFMEA).
• Participate in internal audits to ensure QMS effectiveness.
