Job summary

Hytek Finishes Co. is seeking a Quality Manager in Kent, WA for an onsite, exempt full-time role reporting to the VP of Engineering and Quality. The position leads the Quality Management System, ensures AS9100, Nadcap, FAA, and OEM approvals, and develops staff for future senior leadership.<\/p>

You will drive process improvements, manage documentation, and coordinate audits while collaborating with operations and customers to uphold quality standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or quality-related certification preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in quality/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain approvals, certifications, and registrations for the Hytek QMS (AS9100, Nadcap, FAA Repair Station, OEM).
• Schedule and host onsite audits with OEMs and registrars; manage capabilities and approvals listing.
• Oversee internal audits and audit schedules; manage corrective action system.
• Monitor QMS metrics, calibration and document control; ensure current revision levels.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and support quality training; communicate with operations and customers.
