Hytek Finishes is seeking a Vice President of Operations in Kent, WA, to lead aerospace manufacturing operations, including Production, Facilities, Procurement, Safety, and Labor relations. The role reports to the President and is 100% onsite in a full-time capacity.

The ideal candidate will drive productivity, cost savings, and process improvements, while owning capital planning and labor negotiations with a track record in manufacturing leadership and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• P&L management track record in manufacturing.
• 10+ years of senior leadership in manufacturing environments.
• Proven success in union negotiations and labor relations management.
• Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree preferred; Six Sigma/Lean valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-function operations organization with accountability for performance and results.
• Drive annual productivity targets and cost savings through disciplined execution.
• Oversee CAPEX priorities and systems improvements to support capacity and growth.
• Own union relationships and labor negotiations in partnership with HR and leadership.
• Partner with President, Finance, Sales, and senior leaders to drive growth and operational strategy.
• Ensure audits readiness for AS9100 and NADCAP and drive continuous improvement.
