Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 & NADCAP quality standards.
• Experience with internal and external audits, including regulatory audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) implementation and continual improvement.
• Ensure product quality through robust inspection, testing, and validation processes.
• Lead management review meetings and report on quality metrics to senior leadership.
• Facilitate quality improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma and Kaizen.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to identify inefficiencies and reduce waste.
• Conduct monthly internal audits to ensure QMS compliance.
