Eaton’s AER FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems division in Euclid, OH, seeks a Quality Manager to develop and deploy the Aerospace Quality strategy for production and new product development, ensuring compliance with customer and industry standards and managing relationships with external customers.

The role leads the deployment of quality programs, achieves superior customer ratings through reviews of the QMS, leading/lagging indicators, and supports customers, suppliers and partners while

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in Quality within a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years supervising a technical team.
• This position requires U.S. export-controlled information access.
• Knowledge of ISO-9001 and AS-9100 quality systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the deployment of the Quality strategy for both production and new programs.
• Ensure compliance with Eaton, customer and industry-quality requirements via audits and assessments.
• Develop and implement a Quality organizational structure to support strategic initiatives.
• Develop strategies for integrating Quality concepts into the new product development process.
• Analyze quality metrics and drive action plans to close gaps in production and development.
• Promote continuous improvement and deploy Eaton’s EQS tools across the function.
