Job summary

Elevate Aircraft Seating LLC is seeking a Manager, Quality to lead QA operations on-site in Santa Maria, CA. You will drive processes to ensure product conformity, supplier quality, and regulatory compliance across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, CAPA, MRB, and continuous improvement with performance metrics and strong cross-functional collaboration to meet customer expectations and quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years in progressive quality assurance or quality management in high-volume manufacturing, aerospace preferred.
• 5+ years with FAA/EASA regulatory requirements for aerospace.
• Proven leadership of QA/QC teams and audits.
• Experience with QMS, CAPA, MRB, nonconformance handling and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily quality assurance and quality control operations across teams.
• Develop and drive departmental quality objectives aligned with customer requirements.
• Manage resources, performance expectations, and staff development for timely quality deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with FAA/EASA, AS9100, customer specs and QMS requirements.
• Coordinate internal, customer, regulatory, and supplier audits and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in quality performance.
