Elevate Aircraft Seating LLC. is seeking a Quality Control Line Inspector to perform visual and dimensional inspections on aviation components at our Huntington Beach, CA facility.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, using calipers and micrometers, and preparing FAI documentation as needed. The ideal candidate can interpret tolerances, produce nonconformance reports, and contribute to corrective actions while supporting supplier quality.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma is required.
• Associate degree or trade/technical certification is preferred.
• Authorisation to work in the United States is required.
• Experience level can be entry or experienced; training provided.

Aufgaben

• Interpret engineering data, drawings, and specifications.
• Use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections (final, first article, in-process).
• Write nonconformance reports and assist in corrective actions.
• Review supplier certifications for conformance to requirements.
• Collect data for statistical analysis and understand tolerances.
