Job summary

Barnes Aerospace East Granby CRO is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the site's Quality Management System and quality organization. This role reports to site leadership and drives regulatory compliance, AS9100, audit readiness, and continuous improvement across repair, overhaul, and new product introduction activities.

The successful candidate will build a capable team, partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain, and ensure preventive actions and data-driven decisions reduce

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality/aerospace with leadership
• AS9100 knowledge and QMS management
• FAA Part 145 experience preferred
• Audits: internal, customer, regulatory, Nadcap
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the Quality Management System per AS9100 and 14 CFR Part 145.
• Act as the visible Quality leader and management representative.
• Develop and mentor the Quality organization.
• Oversee internal, external, customer, regulatory audits.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions.
