Job summary

Barnes Aerospace East Granby seeks a Quality Manager to lead the site's Quality Management System and quality organization, ensuring compliance with 14 CFR Part 145, AS9100, Nadcap as applicable. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to embed process discipline, drive corrective actions, and improve performance across repair, overhaul, and New Product Introduction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Quality leadership in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 and quality systems.
• Experience with FAA Part 145 repair-station environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site Quality Management System and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coach and develop the Quality organization and audit readiness.
• Drive internal and supplier audits and corrective actions.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to embed quality.
• Monitor key quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
