Job summary

Barnes Aerospace East Granby CRO is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the site’s Quality Management System and Quality organization. This role partners with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to embed quality across repair, overhaul, and NPI activities, driving containment, corrective actions, and preventive measures.

The successful candidate will develop a capable Quality team, ensure regulatory compliance, and sustain a culture of quality, discipline, and accountability across the site

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Quality leadership experience in aerospace or related manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 and QMS administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the site's Quality Management System in compliance with AS9100 and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the Quality leader and site management representative for QMS performance and audit readiness.
• Develop and coach the Quality organization with clear expectations and accountability.
• Oversee internal, external, customer, regulatory, and Nadcap audits with a process-based approach.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to embed quality in processes.
