Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products Corp. (CPP) is seeking a Quality Manager for its aerospace operations. The role drives the quality management system, ensuring highest standards while integrating quality functions across manufacturing.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years in QA leadership, aerospace exposure, and Six Sigma/ASQ certifications, with responsibility for audits and customer compliance. CPP offers competitive benefits and advancement opportunities at the Chittenango/Syracuse

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years in a Quality Assurance leadership role; aerospace experience preferred.
• Six Sigma Black Belt and ASQ/Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO/AS9100/Nadcap and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain quality management processes to minimize defects.
• Report on QMS performance and opportunities for improvement to top management.
• Lead and coordinate quality programs and the QA department.
• Ensure training and certification in QA programs; interface with customers during audits.
• Work with customers and ensure compliance with AS 9100, ISO, Nadcap.
