The role collaborates with operations to deliver high-quality aerospace components. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering, 8+ years in QA leadership within aerospace, and relevant Six Sigma/Lean certifications, with a proven track record of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 8+ years of QA leadership experience, aerospace preferred.
• Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred; ASQ certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain quality management system processes.
• Provide leadership for the Quality Assurance department.
• Ensure compliance with AS 9100, ISO, Nadcap and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with customers and perform audits when required.
• Promote a customer-focused quality culture across the organization.
