Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 10 years Quality & Quality Management experience, plus minimum of 5 years Quality & Quality Management
• Minimum 5 years Quality & Quality Management experience

Responsibilities

• Ownership includes both quality assurance and quality control across products, services, manufacturing processes and inspections.
• Manages a small to medium team of lead professionals; influence policy and resource allocation.
• Interprets internal and external challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
• Uses high level judgement to solve complex tasks in manufacturing, engineering or management; leverages data analysis for recommendations.
• Serve as engineering/technical mentor and lead large projects with moderate risks and resources.
• Develop relationships with key customers and prioritize to meet business needs and customer satisfaction.
• Lead investigations for Quality Escapes and ensure robust corrective and preventive actions.
• Review and approve First Article Inspection and CID implementation.
• Owns Operator Verification Plan and develops training to mitigate deficiencies.
• Drives Measurement System Analysis activities within the Quality Management System.
