Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 3 years of manufacturing experience or a high school diploma/GED with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day manufacturing operations through daily management and RCCA.
• Interpret tooling and product drawings to ensure hardware is produced in conformance; develop GD&T expertise.
• Lead First Article Inspection for process changes and NPI; drive continuous improvement with Certifying Agents and Design Engineers.
