Qualifications

• Strong experience using RCCA tools to drive systemic corrective actions.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical data.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems and MRP/ERP software.
• Resilient, solutions‑oriented approach to complex quality challenges.
• Proven ability to interface with all levels of management, customers, and government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Escape Management Process and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve product escapes and organizational challenges.
• Build strong interdepartmental relationships with customers and suppliers to communicate quality concerns.
• Manage RMAs, track progress, and report quality metrics to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data and KPIs and provide technical support to operations.
• Investigate hardware/assembly quality issues and ensure compliance with specs and standards.
• Oversee MRB parts processing and documentation.
