Job summary

Amphenol Industrial is seeking a Quality Manager to develop and sustain the company’s quality systems, ensuring products meet customer, regulatory, and internal requirements. You will lead the quality team and work with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to drive root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.

The role requires 5+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing, expertise in ISO 9001/AS9100/IATF 16949, and proficiency with QA tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in quality management in manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949.
• Experience with CAPA, root cause analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality department and staff.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce quality systems, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee inspections, audits, testing, and CAPA activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to resolve quality concerns.
• Lead internal and external audits and prepare audit reports.
• Train employees on quality standards and procedures.
• Monitor quality performance metrics and report to leadership.
• Manage supplier quality including vendor audits and inspections.
• Maintain quality documentation and records.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
