PacAero is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our Agawam, MA team. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to ensure products and processes meet aerospace-grade standards.

This hands-on role requires investigation on the floor, leading root cause and corrective actions, and implementing sustainable quality improvements. You will partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen product quality and manufacturing performance, including audits and first

Qualifications

• Hands-on quality engineering experience in precision manufacturing.
• Strong root cause analysis and corrective action skills.
• Ability to analyze quality data and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations to meet internal, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate quality issues and lead root cause and corrective action efforts.
• Analyze data to identify trends and prevent recurrence of problems.
• Work on the manufacturing floor and in the office, participating in audits and first article inspections.
