• Aerospace manufacturing background with hands-on inspections.
• AS9100/ISO 9001 systems knowledge and corrective actions.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and manufacturing specs.
• Bachelor's in Engineering; ITAR 'S. Person' status required.

Responsibilities

• Develop fabrication, inspection, and test methods with Manufacturing Engineering.
• Lead non-conformance investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Oversee materials processes like coatings, epoxies, and chemicals.
• Ensure quality processes comply with AS9100/ISO 9001 and audits.
• Review drawings and inspection records; support hand-on inspections.
