Zusammenfassung

Precision Castparts Corp. seeks a senior Quality leader to manage the NADCAP AC7101 and ISO 17025 compliant quality organization across manufacturing and testing operations. You will drive corrective actions, audits, supplier quality, and process improvements in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

The role requires strong leadership, root-cause analysis, and data-driven decision making to ensure product integrity and continuous improvement across value streams.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering or related business admin.
• 5+ years quality management experience required.
• ASQ certification preferred; MS degree preferred.
• Experience with NADCAP certified processes and ISO 17025.
• Destructive testing experience preferred; Six Sigma and Lean experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead Quality organization to meet NADCAP AC7101 and ISO 17025 standards.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and root cause actions.
• Define metrics to monitor system effectiveness and enable decisions.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and supplier quality requirements.
• Oversee Quality staff: inspection, QA engineering, MRB, certification, and process control.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and customer service to integrate QMS into value streams.
