PPG in Sylmar, CA is seeking a Plant Quality Manager to lead the Quality function for our aerospace transparencies site. You will ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, FAA Part 21, and EASA Part 21 while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the plant.

You will oversee the QMS, audits, CAPA, MRB, FMEA, and quality data KPIs, deploying APQP, PPAP, and risk mitigation to ensure product safety and customer satisfaction in our global aerospace portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management or related technical discipline.
• 6+ years of quality experience in aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing.
• Experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, FAA Part 21, and EASA Part 21 requirements.
• Auditing, CAPA/RCCA, MRB and cross-functional root cause analysis experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead QMS at aerospace transparencies site and maintain alignment with AS9100 and ISO 9001.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with FAA Part 21 and EASA Part 21 for aerospace manufacturing and inspections.
• Lead internal audits and support customer/regulatory audits; close CAPA/RCCA actions.
